• Half the event cost is required to secure your place at the time of booking by Bank Transfer please. Bank details will be forwarded to you after I have received your booking form. The balance will need to be paid one month before the event. If you are booking your event closer than a month before the date, then full payment will be required.
  • Refunds may be given at the discretion of The Creative Club for cancellations up to 7 days before the party date. After 7 days a 50% refund will be given. 
  • If one person is poorly then a refund may be given for this one booking but this is at the discretion of The Creative Club.
  • In the case of a cancellation by Fabric and Felt due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given to all attendees. You will also be given the option of an alternative party date.
  • Sorry, but no extra attendees, including children, will be accommodated for. 
  • You will be required to fill in a booking form for your party at the time of booking.
  • I run very limited party events each month and so early booking is essential to secure a place. 
  • All materials will be provided by The Creative Club for the session unless otherwise stated. Tea, coffee, herbal tea, water, juice and nibbles will be provided for you.  You can bring your own food  if you’d prefer.  You can also bring your own alcoholic drinks  if you’d like.. please do drink in moderation! 
  • You can hold your event at my venue in Leek or I could come to a venue of your choice. However, this venue will need to be easily accessible with easy parking, ideally on the ground floor (sorry no lifts!) For venues outside a 5 mile radius of Leek, 0.45p per mile will be added to the party cost.
  • The Creative Club reserve the right to refuse a potential booking.
  • All workshop attendees must agree to respect the property of The Creative Club and return each item at the end of the session.
  • The Creative Club take no responsibility for any injury to any person including children by using any of our equipment. All children must be accompanied by an adult while using equipment such as needles, scissors, pins or glue guns etc.

I know that all attendees will be at the party to enjoy themselves, however, I do ask that everyone remain courteous and well mannered at all times to make sure that everyone has the best experience possible.
