Learn how to hand sew a beautiful, totally unique Heartfelt Heart with my video tutorial. This tutorial is ideal for complete beginners.
These kits are created in very small batches only and only a small amount will be released each month so grab one while you can!
The idea behind a Heartfelt heart is that you use a different mix of fabrics to create a really special gift or treasured keepsake for yourself. You can even use treasured fabrics from when a baby is tiny, treasured clothes of a loved one or just your own unwanted clothes that either mean something to you or you.
Or you could just use fabric scraps in different textures and colours.
You can add beads, pieces of jewellery and embroidery stitches to them to make them really unique and even more special.
In this kit will be the following. You will also need these materials to make your heart if you choose to buy just the tutorial:
A cardboard heart template
3 different types fabric for the heart body
Fabric scraps for the flowers
A small bag of beads and seed beads
White sewing cotton
Ribbon for hanging your heart
Embroidery thread x 2
Iron on interfacing
Stuffing
(You will need sewing needles and scissors)
The video tutorial is ideal for beginners however you will need to be able to sew a very basic running stitch.

Your heart will be completely unique, there isn't a set pattern to follow but I do show you how to create your heart stage by stage. You will be encouraged to adapt your heart in your own unique way!
