The Creative Club at Westport Lake Cafe- Friday 1st Aug 11-1pm

Join me at The Creative Club where you get chance to have time for yourself, make something lovely, meet new some like minded people and enjoy refreshments all in a lovely setting! Plus, if you'd like to, you can get chance to showcase your business to everyone at the session. You'll be able to do this through bringing a few items to sell in our little shop area or by bringing a freebie, flyers etc to pop into goody bags for everyone! All businesses are welcome not just creative ones. Each month there will be a new sewing and craft activity to choose from. Plus each session there will be Junk Journal materials for you to use to fill in either a journal you bring with you or one you can buy from me for £6 each. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a crafting enthusiast, The Creative Club is a relaxed space to slow down, mess about with different materials, and create something truly personal. I'll be on hand to help you to create something lovely using lots of different materials including recycled and vintage. Each session is different, and there’s no pressure to finish anything. This session you'll have a choice of making either a Scrappy Lavender Pouch made from Preloved fabrics, lace and ribbon, creating with air dry clay or junk Journalling. My aim for this session is to bring people together in a warm, friendly environment, to meet new people, have a natter, enjoy some refreshments and to leave feeling lighter and a bit brighter! There will be a loyalty card available to pick up at your first session. Come for 4 sessions and receive your 5th session free. Tea and coffee are provided for this session and you're also more than welcome to buy your own snacks or other drinks at the cafe to enjoy while you work. The session will be: 11-11.30am - Introductions including time to tell us about yourself if you'd like to.( This is optional so if it's something you don't like to do then there's no pressure to do so!) If you do have a business then you can give us all a short intro about what you do. I'll run through what activities there is to choose to make. 11.30-12.55pm - Choose what you'd like to make and spend just over an hour making and creating! If you don't get time to finish your work then you can take materials home to finish it off there. 12.55 pm -A quick 5 minutes at the end to showcase what you've made! End of session group pics! If you do run a business please feel free to bring either a freebie/ business card etc to pop into goody bags that will be given out on the night. The room where this session will be held is fully accessible for all. ✂️📚✨
